Jason’s Fallow Loin Chop Schnitzel
After a few mates asked how I cooked these I thought I would share
Firstly you will need:
Cheapo bread crumbs
Couple of eggs
Southern fried chicken coating mix or like
and of course your meat.
These are 14 day dry aged fallow loin chops , i have used this recipe on everything for roo to buff
Using meat mallet , hammer out chops till they are nice and thin
Next dip in your beaten egg mix
Then cover with a 50/50 mix of coating mix and bread crumbs
Set aside for five minutes to dry and settle
Shallow fry in vegetable oil or bacon fat
Cook until golden brown and place on kitchen towel to drain
| Serve up and hog out ,
