5 Questions To The Experts #4 – Robert Borsak
Robert Borsak from AHI, The Game Council and The Shooters and Fishers Party answers my 5 questions to the experts.
1) Do you think hunters and shooters are in a better or worse position
politically and public perception-wise now than 5 years ago?< If yes
or no to this question why?
Yes we are better off by miles! The work of the TSP & the GC in publically
advocating for hunters at every opportunity & the TSP for engaging the
“enemy” where the decisions are made.
2) What have you found to be the fastest growing segment of the hunting
& shooting sports?
Hunting by far again because of the public advertising etc carried out by
the GC.
3) Where do you see the hunting and shooting sports in 10 years time?
I can only see them continuing to grow in numbers & influence, especially as
we bring fishers along in our wake.
4) What has been your favourite hunting/shooting product you have used
lately?
The last few years I have found the benefit of two things, firstly patience
in hunting (believe it or not) & the 3D suit, especially on deer.
5) What is your favourite hunting cartridge and favourite varminting
cartridge?
I like the 300 RUM & love my 22.250.
